INCNET by INC, LLC. is a protocol stack that implements all of the necessary functionality for the associated Network. There are currently three protocols avalable. These are DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, and CANopen. What differentiates INCNET from other protol stacks is that it allows the user to code paramters that can be accessed from CIP networks or CANopen networks. The user must simply re-compile the application and the stack does the rest. This feature allows the user to write the code once and be able to support multiple busses. The stack is all in ANSI C and is very portable. Currently the ports include 8051 based, 16 bit Infineon , and various ARM7 based processors. The stack supports the Keil, IAR, and GNU compilers.
